Just listened to Ep 44 (I'm almost sad that I'm caught up!). You mentioned using Spark People so I thought I'd give a shout about www.fatsecret.com. It also is a calorie counter but it also shows a pie chart of your carbs, proteins, and fats and will break down your other vitamins & minerals intake. I like it better than Spark People... Mostly because "there's an app for that" on my douch-bag Droid phone. ;-)
